Terms & Conditions

  • All bookings are subject to availability and weather conditions.
  • Guests must arrive at Tadadi Port at least 30 minutes before departure.
  • Cruise routes or timings may change due to safety or tide conditions.
  • Dolphin sightings depend on natural movement and are not guaranteed.
  • Children must be accompanied by parents or guardians.
  • Alcohol, drugs, or prohibited substances are not allowed on board.
  • Guests must follow instructions given by the captain and crew.
  • Any damage caused due to negligence will be chargeable.
  • The management reserves the right to deny boarding if safety rules are violated.

Refund Policy

  • All confirmed bookings are non-refundable under normal circumstances.
  • If cancelled by Namaste Gokarna Cruise due to weather or technical issues, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
  • No refunds for late arrival, no-shows, or personal reasons.
  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Safety Guidelines

  • Life jackets must be worn when instructed by the crew.
  • Standing or unsafe movement on the boat is prohibited.
  • Swimming or water activities are allowed only with crew permission.
  • Guests with medical conditions should inform the crew before boarding.
  • Children must be supervised at all times.
  • Participation in activities is at the guest’s own discretion and responsibility.
  • Guests should assess their personal health and comfort with sea conditions.
  • In emergencies, guests must follow crew instructions immediately.
